Manufacturing Process Engineer - Job # OP-0012023
Description & Responsibilites
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will support designs and implements systems and equipment procedures for high and low acid beverage manufacturing facilities. The main duties include testing and monitoring equipment, updating current system processes and conducting risk assessments.
- Participate in process transfer and start-up at beverage plants as needed

Quality Control Manager - Job # OP-0032023
Description & Responsibilites
- Maintain detailed records of all production matrix including critical control points
- Develop and implement internal auditing system in view of compliance and continuous improvement
- Promote Product Safety and quality by providing support and training to Operations, Quality and Sanitation functions. Serve as the subject matter expert for product safety and quality.
- Inspect products to ensure that they meet quality standards and safety of food products
- Create tests for quality control of products
- Disassemble product parts to inspect them individually
- Monitor production operations to ensure that all necessary procedures and products are compliant (SOP, ISO, FDA) to the company’s specifications

Description & Responsibilites
- Ensure adherence to all matters related to quality assurance
- Works closely with the Director of Operation, Production Manager and Procurement Team
- Develop and maintain Food Safety & Quality Assurance programs including, but not limited to: Formula Control, Allergen Control, Non-Conforming, Recall, Sanitation Effectiveness, Environmental Monitoring Organic, Pest Control and Food Safety Plans
- Ensure the implementation and utilization of SPC system, including Infinity QS, which will allow for real time process control and data driven decision making by operators
- Manage consumer complaints, establishing trending, implementing corrective actions and responding appropriately to all investigation requests
- Lead, support and maintain facility GFSI Certification (SQF), Organic, Kosher and RSPO certifications
